Prof. Dr. Franz Isselstein is an entrepreneur, investor and board advisor focused on corporate valuation and digital finance.

He co-founded Radios AG, where he created the award-winning ValueSimulator™, and is now transforming the firm into a Digital Finance Research Platform with a Security-Token-based wealth advisory model.

He previously spent more than a decade in investment banking and corporate strategy at Deutsche Bank in London and Frankfurt, advising on cross-border M&A, IPOs and strategic ventures.

Since 2013, he has been Professor of Corporate Finance, teaching and researching internationally on valuation, digital finance and portfolio management/asset allocation.
