Prof. Dr. med. Dominik Pförringer born in Munich grew up in Germany and California, studied Medicine at Regensburg University and gained his doctorate in Munich.
He is a board certified specialist for orthopaedics and trauma surgery and a Professor at Technical University of Munich. He is also academic director of the TUM Venture Lab Healthcare.

He has worked for several international consulting companies. He holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Prof. Pförringer is founder and host of the annual Digital Health Summit in Munich.

Prof. Pförringer continuously advises and consult internationally in the healthcare sector, focussing on digital health.

Due to the diversity of his roles, activities and academic degrees, he has established an international network over a broad range of business sectors, mainly within healthcare, which he actively maintains.
