Florian Hirschmann is a partner at the international law firm Ashurst LLP in Munich and heads the German private equity group.

He specialises in advising domestic and international private equity and venture capital firms, their portfolio companies and strategic investors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including leveraged acquisitions, growth capital, debt investments, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

He is particularly known for his extensive expertise in advising on transactions with ties to East Asia and on deals with a strong focus on technology. Florian is admitted to the bar in Munich.
